Resort: Salla

The Salla area is home to a compact ski and holiday resort with an authentic Lappish atmosphere. The area is home to some 10,000 reindeer, and in winter you can experience husky, reindeer and snowshoe safaris.
Salla is the perfect place to experience an unbroken piece of northern nature, on the Eastern border of Finnish Lapland. The ski hill and accommodation are next to one another and there is a variety of slopes to ski on and plenty of cross-country trails. The views are amazing and there is a great choice of winter activities for all the family.
