Considered to be one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Northern Lights are a spontaneous and mesmerising swirling light show that dances across the sky at night. As long as the skies are dark and clear they can be seen at any time from Lapland resorts. Some years they appear more frequently than others and if you are lucky enough to see them they are an experience you will never forget.
Lapland in the winter is magical, a scenic winter wonderland located deep inside the Arctic Circle and blanketed in snow. Reindeer far outnumber people here, the snow-laden trees form bizarre sculptures in a vast and silent landscape and at night the mesmerising Northern Lights shimmer in the moonlight.

Reindeer Safari (6km): Visit a genuine reindeer farm, feed the reindeer, hear about their way of life and take an extended scenic reindeer ride.
Snowmobile Safari (28km): An exhilirating full throttle adventure through the Lappish countryside.
Husky Safari (12km): Visit a local husky farm and enjoy an extended scenic ride behind a team of eager huskies.

All tastefully furnished rooms have shower, wc, TV, fridge, phone, drying closet, iron, kettle, hairdryer. Larger family rooms, with bunks in separate alcove with sliding door, are allocated for 3-4 persons.
Superior Hotel Room, sleeps 2-3 (29m²):
New spacious rooms connected internally to the spa building with same facilities as Standard rooms plus balcony, bathrobes and wi-fi. Maximum 2 adults plus child in extra bed. (£10.50pppn supplement)
Junior Suite, sleeps 2-4 (44m²):
New beautifully furnished 2 room suites with ensuite sauna in same building as Superior Rooms with same facilities. Twin bedroom separated by sliding door from living room with double sofa bed. (£17.50pppn supplement)
Luxury Suite, sleeps 2-4 (65m²):
Twin bedroom with sauna separated by sliding door from spacious living room/bar-kitchen with double sofa bed, balcony, fireplace, microwave, fridge, coffee-maker, DVD/CD. (£23pppn supplement)

Levi Glass Igloo
Our igloos are fully roofed over with glass so that the sky at night, the Northern Lights or the white nights of summer are always just above you. The glass is heated so there is no condensation nor any draught. Designed to be suitable also for longer-term occupation, these ingenious 23 m2 igloos are equipped with kitchenettes and bathrooms. But the most important thing of all is the motorized rotating bed in the centre of the igloo that allows you to follow the sky at your leisure!
Please note: The Glass Igloo stay, taxi transfers & breakfast are included in your price, however, evening meals must be taken at the hotel before heading off. Also, 2012 will be an extremely popular year to view the Northern Lights and Igloo availability is on request only (there is only 4). Specific dates must be requested at the time of booking.
